Lada has a proven track record of successful implementation of major People Management change initiatives and significant restructuring projects. She has considerable expertise in remuneration strategy design, advice and guidance within Investment Banking and Financial Services. Lada is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Throughout her career she has operated as an executive advisor on a number of committees including the London Management Committee of an Investment Bank, Regional Diversity Council, Disciplinary and Compliance Committee. In her last corporate role Lada was a HR Director for a multinational Investment Bank.
Since leaving her last corporate role in 2019 Lada has set up a number of successful businesses including a property investment and management business and HR Consultancy. In all her endeavours Lada operates with flair and dedication to the chosen path.

Lada is a keen hiker and enjoys walking the national trails of England. She divides her time between London and Worcestershire.
