I’m a former hydrogeologist, previously working on contaminated land projects. I also have a background working on water resources schemes including assessment of public water supply abstraction impacts on river and wetland habitats. My role involves working in the Rea Brook, helping landowners implement measures to improve river health. This includes installing wetlands, creating buffer zones that protect rivers from livestock and agricultural pollution, and planting trees for natural flood management. My main motivation is the enjoyment of river environments. I take pride in helping landowners increase the resilience of their land and streams.
