I have an MSc in Environmental Management and previously worked in a variety of countryside/ranger roles, undertaking practical management of sites. This included writing woodland management plans, hands-on practical woodland management, applying for forestry grants and lots of tree planting. My role involves working with landowners and partners. I lead and advise on the delivery of woodland creation schemes within the catchment. My motivation is to make a positive difference through creating and managing woodland habitats. This will help support nature in the fight against biodiversity loss and climate change.
