I have an extensive career in the Food Dairy industry mainly working in operational management roles. I work with farmers to identify and deliver environmental improvements that can be introduced on their land. These projects involved natural flood management such as hedgerow and woodland planting, soil management, scrapes and pond creation, and wetland creation. I also work on maximising biodiversity enhancement within natural flood management. I am motivated by my lifelong passion for nature and the desire to protect it.
